Kitcard

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 9, 2026

Kitcard (kitcard.app) is run by Aditya Singh ("we"). Kitcard turns your beehiiv newsletter stats into a media kit you can share with advertisers. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we read from beehiiv

When you click "Connect with beehiiv", you choose to give Kitcard read-only access. We ask only for these permissions:

We never ask for permission to change anything in your beehiiv account. We never read your subscribers' names or email addresses, your posts, or your list.

What you give us

The things you type or upload into your kit: logo, tagline, ad prices, contact details and an optional quote from a sponsor.

Payments

Payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), our payment provider. We never see or store your card number. Polar sends us only what we need to know: whether your plan is active.

What is public

When you publish a kit, it becomes a public web page at kitcard.app. It shows your newsletter name, your stats, and the details you typed into it. Anyone with the link or the QR code can see it. You can unpublish it at any time.

How we use your data

We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not use advertising trackers.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. Nothing else.

Where your data is stored

Kitcard runs on Cloudflare. Your data is stored with Cloudflare. Your beehiiv access tokens are stored encrypted.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you have an account. When you delete your account, we delete your kit, your stored stats and your beehiiv tokens within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example, payment records).

Your choices

Children

Kitcard is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change matters for how we use your data, we will email you first.
