Kitcard

Terms of Use

Last updated: November 9, 2026

These terms apply when you use Kitcard (kitcard.app), run by Aditya Singh ("we"). By using Kitcard, you agree to them.

What Kitcard does

Kitcard makes a media kit for your newsletter from your beehiiv stats and the details you add. It gives you a public link, a PDF and a QR code, and refreshes the numbers once a day.

Stats

Your numbers come from beehiiv. We show them as beehiiv reports them, with the date they were last updated. We can't promise they are complete or exact, and they may be out of date if beehiiv is unavailable.

Payments

Fair use

Don't misuse Kitcard: no attempts to break, overload or copy the service, and no use that breaks the law or beehiiv's terms.

Availability

We work to keep Kitcard running, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees. Features may change.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost deals or lost profits. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using Kitcard and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

beehiiv

Kitcard is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with beehiiv. Your use of beehiiv is covered by beehiiv's own terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change matters, we will email you before it applies.
